Control panel
FutureServers hosting solutions include an email control
panel that allows you to instantly configure POP3 email
accounts, and to set up infinite "alias mapping" (which
is where, for example, you arrange for mail sent to pete@yourdomain.com
to be forwarded to sales@yourdomain.com).
Webmail
If you require to access your email whilst you're out and about,
then our Webmail solution may be what you're looking for.
This is a free optional add-on to all POP3 enabled accounts
(same day set-up usually possible) and operates in parallel to the
standard POP3 access.
 Anti-virus
Screening
Don't forget that all email passing through FutureServers
servers is subject to an aggressive anti-virus screening
at no extra charge. [You can opt out of this service if you wish].
Although this has proved exceptionally effective in the past, even
dealing with several viruses before their existence had been announced,
we still strongly recommend that EVERY computer connected to the
Internet or likely to receive email from the Internet should
be equipped with active anti-virus protection (and the signatures
must be updated regularly - minimum weekly). For a cost effective
solution you may wish to use eTrust
EZAntivirus from Computer Associates.
Free Stampless Email account
If you would like to take advantage of FutureServers anti-virus
screening without us hosting a domain for you, then please visit
www.stampless.co.uk
for a free email account [you will need to use this in conjunction
with our dial-up]. If you have any questions regarding this service

 Anti-spam
Measures
Over the last few years we have developed extensive anti-Spam
measures, although due to the every-changing goalposts associated
with Spam we are unlikely to catch it all !
Our current measures (which are already dealing with several
thousand Spam emails each week) include utilisation of the excellent
UK run SpamHaus
project.
If you have a requirement that your current email solution doesn't
